Sindh Souvenir Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Sindh Souvenir. Since our ceramics are handmade, fragile, and often made-to-order, our process is designed to ensure quality and safe delivery. Please review our shipping times and breakage guarantee below

2. Packaging and Shipping Cost

• Secure Packaging

We use double-carton boxing and a mix of foam and dry grass for eco-friendly, maximum protection.

• Shipping Fees:

 Fees are based on the size and quantity of your order.

  • Smaller Items: PKR 1,500 – 2,000
  • Larger Orders (5–6 items): PKR 2,500 – 3,000
  • Big Quantities (e.g., 5-10 large pots): PKR 4,000 – 5,000+
  • The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. Advance Payment & No Returns

Due to the handmade nature and effort put into each piece, please note the following:

  • Advance Payment Only: All orders require full advance payment before production begins. We accept Bank Transfers and other confirmed methods displayed at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • No Refunds or Returns: Since our crafts are made with significant effort and are often custom-made on pre-order just for you, all confirmed orders are not refundable or returnable (except in the case of confirmed breakage upon delivery, as per our guarantee).

4. Breakage Guarantee

We guarantee the safe arrival of your ceramics. If your item arrives broken, please follow these steps:

  • Report Damage Quickly: Contact us with proof within 12 hours of receiving your parcel
  • Provide Photo Proof: Send us clear photographs of both the broken item and the damaged packaging.
  • Our Commitment: If the breakage is confirmed, we will make and send a replacement item to you at no cost (the product itself is free). You will only be charged a reduced fee to cover the re-packaging and claim-related delivery costs.
